The Grievances & Redressal Committee is an important institutional mechanism for ensuring that concerns raised by students and staff are received with sensitivity and addressed through a fair and transparent process. The Committee seeks to strengthen trust within the institution by promoting respectful communication, responsible conduct and timely attention to genuine grievances.
The Committee also contributes to creating a campus environment that is safe, inclusive, disciplined, respectful and free from ragging. Through awareness programmes, counselling, student interaction, grievance registration and monitoring activities, it works towards promoting the welfare and dignity of members of the College community.
