The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of St. Francis de Sales College, Nagpur undertakes a range of initiatives to strengthen academic quality, institutional effectiveness, student development and a culture of continuous improvement. Through systematic planning, implementation, review and feedback, the IQAC supports the college in translating institutional priorities into meaningful and measurable action.
Through collaborative quality initiatives, the IQAC works with faculty, students, departments and stakeholders to strengthen institutional practices and educational outcomes.

Facilitating periodic review and evaluation of academic and administrative processes to identify strengths, address gaps and improve institutional efficiency and accountability.
Strengthening systematic documentation of institutional activities, achievements, initiatives and outcomes for evidence-based quality assurance and reporting.
Identifying, encouraging and sharing effective institutional practices that contribute to sustainable quality enhancement across departments and administrative units.
Supporting departments and institutional committees in maintaining records, compiling data, preparing reports and meeting quality-assurance and accreditation requirements.
Using reviews, feedback, academic outcomes and institutional priorities to develop action plans and monitor their implementation for sustained quality improvement.
Every IQAC initiative contributes to creating a stronger, more responsive and quality-conscious institution.
The initiatives of IQAC are guided by the principle that quality is a continuous process rather than a one-time activity. Through collaboration, reflection, evidence-based planning and regular review, the IQAC seeks to transform institutional feedback and experience into meaningful action and sustained growth.
