The Institutional Development Plan for SFS College aims to embody excellence, inclusivity and innovation in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP), fostering a learner-centred approach, strengthening the curriculum and embracing new knowledge systems.
Align the institution with the 2030 sustainable development agenda and the National Education Policy, focusing on holistic, flexible and multidisciplinary education that empowers students individually.
Expand the academic portfolio through the introduction of new programmes identified in the development plan.
Allocate a dedicated space to document essential College information, including staff and student records, with appropriate furniture and storage solutions.
Establish a physical workspace for student entrepreneurship supported by market research, funding, mentorship and resources through teacher-mentors.
Create a conducive environment for academic and research pursuits, including a dedicated research room equipped with necessary amenities for staff members.
Facilitate staff engagement in research projects and organize interdisciplinary seminars and conferences.
Provide opportunities for students to enrol in certificate courses to enhance their skill sets.
